Midnight Sun is an exploration-focused company targeting the discovery of world-class copper deposits within the Zambia–Congo Copperbelt, one of the most prolific copper-producing regions globally. The company’s 506 km² Solwezi Project in Zambia provides multiple opportunities for large-scale copper discoveries and is strategically located near major mining operations, including First Quantum’s Kansanshi Mine, the largest copper mine in Africa.
In partnership with KoBold Metals, Midnight Sun is advancing exploration on its flagship Dumbwa target. Under this partnership, KoBold Metals has committed $15 million USD over 4.5 years to systematically explore the area. Alongside this collaboration, Midnight Sun continues exploration across its broader property to build on emerging discoveries and strengthen its position within a globally significant copper district.
